The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has stated that EARN MATRIX PRO is not authorised to provide investment services or investment activities that require regulatory approval in Spain.
According to the notice, the entity is not permitted to offer financial services relating to regulated financial instruments under the applicable provisions of the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act.
