CNMV Issues Warning to the Public on Unregistered Firm

The Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV) has issued a public warning concerning Bitcoin Trader, an entity operating through the website listed below.

Bitcoin Trader Is Not Authorised to Provide Investment Services

According to the CNMV warning, Bitcoin Trader is not authorised to provide investment services or carry out regulated investment activities subject to the restrictions established under Article 129 of the Spanish Securities Markets and Investment Services Act.
